Chemical Group:
BENZOYLUREA – AVERMECTIN.
Formulation:
WATER DISPERSIBLE GRANULATE (WG).
Overview:
NOCTUR PLUS foliar insecticide composed of two active principles, lufenuron and emamectin benzoate. Lufenuron interferes with chitin synthesis, inhibiting the growth of larvae (Lepidoptera, Coleoptera), acts by contact (affecting immature stages – larvae and nymphs), ingestion and inhalation. While the action of emamectin is to block larvae’s nerve signals, which stop feeding.
Application Method:
It can be applied with manual spray equipment and land equipment with bars fitted with conical nozzles. Before starting any treatment, it is essential to verify the correct calibration of the equipment and the proper functioning of the nozzles (filters and tablets).
The product is a water dispersible granulate, follow the following instructions:
– Add water to the sprayer tank, up to half its volume.
– Start the stirring system.
– Add the necessary amount of product according to the calibration carried out, directly in the tank and without prior dilution.
– Continue stirring and verify that the product dissolves completely.
– Fill the tank with water up to its final volume. In case of mixing, liquid formulations can be added when the tank is 3/4 full. Once the volume to be used is complete, add the coadjuvant or additive to be used.
– Verify that the stirring system works at all times, to maintain the suspension.
– Use within 24 hours of carrying out the mix in the tank, since effectiveness may be reduced due to product degradation.
– Reagitate the liquid.
Phytotoxicity and compatibility:
It has not shown symptoms of phytotoxicity in crops and at recommended doses. Is compatible with most of the products commonly used in the market. Before using it mixed with other products, a small-scale test should be carried out, to evaluate the physical and biological compatibility of the components and the possible phytotoxicity for crops.
Re-entry time to the area of treatment:
24 hours. If the re-entry is necessary before term, do it by employing personal protective equipment.
Toxicological Class:
Class III – Blue stripe.
Antidote:
Does not possess.
