Composition:
Dinflubenzuron 1-(4-clorofenil)-3-(2,6-difluorobenzoil)-urea | 48 % (p/v) |
Inert | 52 % (p/v) |
Chemical group:
BENZOYLPHENYLUREAS
Formulation:
WATER DISPERSIBLE GRANULATE (WG).
Overview:
MENTOR 48 WG acts by ingestion, interfering with the mechanism of the chitin deposit (process, specific in juvenile forms of certain insects), leading to their death. The ovicidal action is due to the inhibition of the development of the larva in the egg.
Application method:
Fill 2/3 of the tank with water. Once loaded, start stirring and add the granules slowly according to the recommended dose. Note: pour the product directly into the application tank, not into the mixing container. The application can be via air or land. The addition of Ademyl at 0,2% to the volume of the application liquid tends to improve the efficiency.
Phytotoxicity and compatibility:
It is not phytotoxic to crops and at the recommended doses. It is incompatible with alkaline-reaction products.
Re-entry time to the area of treatment:
12 hours. In case the re-entry is necessary before term, do it employing personal protective equipment.
Toxicological class:
Product that normally isn’t hazardous. Class IV
Antidote:
Does not possess.
Packaging:
6×100 g in water-soluble envelope.
